Unfortunately we are unable to refund, exchange, change or cancel an order due to the nature of personalisation - each glass stem is handpoured with stones that are requested at time of purcahse.Â

BROKEN GLASSES
Please email us at parismglassware@outlook.com within 3 business days of receiving your glass with a photo of the break.
Upon approval, our team will contact you to organise a replacement. Please do not return the item - it is illegal to post broken glass in the mail.
Glass breakage in transit is extremely rare. The PARISM team carefully package all orders in a protective packaging and shipping box to protect the glassware.
ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All glasses are customised and made-to-order. Unfortunately we are unable to refund, exchange, change or cancel an order due to the nature of personalisation. Please double check your order at time of checkout.
- The glasses may have slight variations in the crystal and we cannot guarantee flawless perfection in each glass (this can only be achieved in assembly line production and our glasses our handblown) but all have been quality checked to the highest level.
- Bubbles/seeds and lines in glass do not constitute as a glass flaw. Instead they are unique characteristics of the glassware.Â
- All glassware and orders are inspected prior to dispatch to ensure our customers receive the highest quality pieces.
