Shipping & Delivery


1. Do you offer express shipping?

All orders are shipped using Sendle, Australia's first 100% carbon neutral shipping service. That means Sendle deliver your goods while taking care of the planet (win-win!).

Unfortunately we do not offer express shipping due to current delays due to Covid (can not guarantee it will be delivered in time) and cannot deliver to PO boxes. Hopefully this changes in the future!

2. How long does shipping take?

We aim to fulfil your order as soon as possible. Once packaged your item will be sent using Sendle. Sendle website can offer estimated delivery times. Following dispatch, Australian orders will usually be received in 5 business days. However, in some circumstances delivery may take up to 8 business days

PARISM will not be held liable for any delays as this is out of our control. Orders placed during peak trading periods (prior to Christmas) and during sales promotions may be subject to some delay. This also applies to delays due to COVID.

Please ensure you choose a delivery address where someone will be home. PARISM will not be liable for theft of an item.

    3. I need my order by a specific date, can you help? 

    PARISM will not be liable for any delivery delays. Our delivery times listed are estimates only. Orders placed during Christmas and throughout promotional periods may be subject to a delay. 

    However, if you need your order urgently please contact parismglassware@outlook.com and we will do our best to assist you.

    4. Do you ship to Overseas?

    YES - PARISM is now shipping overseas. This includes all countries that SENDLE ships to - please refer to their website. PARISM will not liable for any import duties - import taxes are at the cost of the customer.

     5. How are the items packaged?

    All orders come with holographic box, along with packaging that will help to protect the glassware during transit, a PARISM thank you card and care instructions.
